Deine Aufgaben

Als Content Manager (all genders) treibst du eigenständig Projekte innerhalb der Kundenaufträge voran. Das beinhaltet Planung, Gestaltung und Aufbau von Online-Inhalten im CMS unserer Kund:innen
Du behältst du den Überblick über Aufgaben, Timelines und Budgets und bist stets in aktivem Austausch mit deinem Team und den externen Ansprechpartner:innen
Dein Verständnis für Websites und dein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch helfen dir dabei, die Online-Inhalte unserer Kund:innen hinsichtlich User Journey und UX-Anforderungen zu optimieren
Das Einpflegen von Bild-, Text- und Multimedia-Inhalten in CMS gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Qualitätssicherung der eingepflegten Inhalte
Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Anliegen Deines Kunden, hörst aktiv zu und erkennst so Herausforderungen und Potenziale frühzeitig

Dein Profil

Du bist ein proaktiver und motivierender Teamplayer und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills auf Deutsch (und Englisch)
Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Projekt- und Content-Management sowie im Umgang mit CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Pimcore oder Wordpress) mit
Dich zeichnen ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch, absolute Zuverlässigkeit und ein Auge für das Detail aus
Du hast ein Gespür für Text- und Bildsprache und die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen für Kund:innen und Projekte
Komplexe Zusammenhänge begreifst Du schnell und was Du nicht verstehst oder noch nicht kennst, lernst Du gerne und mit großem Interesse

Your mission

As Content Manager (all genders) you are responsible for your own content projects. This includes planning, designing and building online content in our customers' CMS
Your understanding of websites and your high quality standards help you to optimize the online content of our customers with regard to user journey and UX requirements
You will be responsible for entering image, text, and multimedia content into CMS systems, as well as for quality assurance of the contents incorporated
Direct cooperation and communication with partners, customers and various departments in the company will diversify your daily work

Your profile

You are a real team player and have strong communication skills in German (English skills are preferable)
Ideally you already have first experience in content management and CMS systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Pimcore or Wordpress)
You are characterized by high quality standards, reliability and an eye for detail
You have an intuition for text and image language as well as different requirements for customers and projects.
You have no previous experience, but you are interested, motivated and ready learn the ropes? Then we are looking forward to your application!
