Deine Aufgaben

Als (Senior) Digital Project Manager (all genders) planst, steuerst und implementierst Du eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Digitalbereich
Dabei bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen im gesamten Projektverlauf und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kundenbedürfnissen und Projektteam
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen analysierst und spezifizierst Du die Kundenanforderungen und zeigst Möglichkeiten zur technischen sowie inhaltlichen Realisation auf
Durch die fortlaufende Kontrolle, Analyse, Monitoring und Reporting der Projekte sicherst Du die Projektqualität

Dein Profil

Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Skills auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst Dich im Austausch mit anderen auf Augenhöhe
Dank mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bist Du Expert:in in der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von (Online-)Projekten und hast dabei besondere Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen
Durch Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zur Erfassung von komplexen Abläufen und Zusammenhängen berätst Du unsere Kund:innen kompetent und vorausschauend
Dein Anspruch an Qualität, Service und Kundenorientierung sind die Grundlage Deiner Arbeit
Du bringst Verständnis für gängige Webtechnologien sowie Erfahrung in der Abwicklung digitaler Projekte (CMS, PIM, eCommerce etc.) mit

Your mission

As (Senior) Digital Project Manager (all genders), you independently plan, manage and implement projects in the digital sector
You are the point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project and you are the link between customer requirements and the project team
In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will analyse and specify the customer's requirements and point out possibilities for technical and content-related realisation
You ensure the project quality through continuous control, analysis, monitoring and reporting of the projects

Your profile

You are a team player, have strong communication skills in German and English and are able to interact with others at eye level
You have already gained experience in planning, coordinating and implementing online projects and particularly enjoy working closely with customers
Your quick grasp of complex processes and interrelationships, helps you provide our customers with competent and forward-looking advice
Your high standards of quality, service and customer focus form the basis of your work
You have an understanding of common web technologies and experience in handling digital projects (CMS, PIM, e-commerce, etc.)
